Day 1, 11 September (Thursday)
Arrival and registration of teams
Meeting point: Mercure Budapest Castle Hill **** (web; map)

All participants who do not arrive directly to the hotel by their own/rented bus or car will be met at the airport/train station/bus station. Participants and their luggage will be transported by buses from the point of arrival to the hotel.
Rooms are available from 16:00. For those arriving earlier, it is possible to leave their luggage in the luggage storage room next to the reception.
18:30 Walking together from the hotel to the opening ceremony venue, the Sports Center of Hungarian University of Sports Science
The walking distance/time between the hotel and the Sports Center is approx. 20 minutes.
19:00-22:00 Opening ceremony: welcome reception at Dr. Koltai Jenő Sports Centre (web; map) including dinner, welcome drinks, technical meeting of captain of teams and draw.

Please bring the rubber wristband you received to the opening ceremony, wearing it is a condition of entry.
Participants arriving later can also join the opening ceremony at any time during the event.

Day 2, 12 September (Friday)
07:00-09:00 Breakfast at the Hotel
After breakfast walking to the sports center individually
The Sportcenter can also be reached by tram: from the “Déli pályaudvar M” stop, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, take tram 17 (towards Savoya Park) or tram 61 (towards Móricz Zsigmond körtér M) for 3 stops and get off at the “Csörsz utca” stop, from where the venue is a 3-minute walk away. 09:00-17:00: Football matches in Sports Center of Hungarian University of Sports Science
There will be a buffet next to the football fields, where you can pay with a card or Hungarian forint (HUF).
11:30-14:00: Lunch break – depending on the match-breaks of each team. Lunch will be provided in the building next to the courts.

From 17:00: Free time in the evening

Day 3, 13 September (Saturday)
07:00-09:00 Breakfast at the Hotel
After breakfast walking to the sports center individually
09:00-15:00: Football matches in Sports Center of Hungarian University of Sports Science
11:30-14:00: Lunch break – depending on the match-breaks of each team. Lunch will be provided in the building next to the courts.

18:45 Traveling to the closing ceremony venue by buses from the Hotel
Buses will be provided by the hotel for travel to the closing ceremony – the venue of event is located about 20 minutes’ walk from the hotel, so it can be walked individually. We would appreciate it if the organizers were notified in case someone would prefer to walk and not take the bus transportation option.
19:00-01:00 Closing Ceremony in The Castle Garden Bazaar (1013, Budapest, Ybl M. tér 2-6., (web; map)) including award ceremony, dinner with selected drinks, and party up to 01:00h in the night
The paper wristbands used in the closing ceremony will be handed out to team leaders on Saturday. Wearing the wristband on the wrist is a condition for entry to the event.
There is an option to purchase a short drink at the event at the participants’ own expense, which can be paid for with a card or Hungarian forints (HUF). EUR cash is not available at the event.
Buses return to the Hotel every half hour from 22:00
Day 4, 14 September (Sunday)
Breakfast at the Hotel. Sandwiches are provided for those who leave early – please make this request as soon as possible.
Departure of teams
Check-out is by 10:00 – it is possible to leave their luggage in the luggage storage room next to the reception.
